John Bruce

John is the managing broker at the DFH Real Estate Sidney office, and has been providing real estate services to the communities of Sidney, the Saanich Peninsula and Victoria for over 40 years. Whether you're in the market to buy or sell a residential, strata or commercial property, or are looking for a development opportunity, John is qualified to provide a full range of real estate services to meet your needs. 

John has built a strong reputation in his community by providing the highest standard of trusted professional service to his clients, which has been paramount to his long, successful career in the local real estate market. He's also recognized for his role in his community through his years of work with Sidney-by-the-Sea Rotary Club, as a former president of the Saanich Peninsula Hospital Foundation and most recently through his involvement with the Ride to Conquer Cancer in support of the B.C. Cancer Foundation.

When he's not working, John can usually be found spending time with friends and family, hanging out with his grandsons or getting out for a rides with a local cycling group or on his Harley. Together with his wife Susan, John has also been working on crossing off a few more travel destinations from his "bucket list"!
